Facilitated by Dr. Angelina Lipman
Clinical Psychologist and Author of Blocking the Noise
Many of us move through the world carrying inner noise — old narratives, unprocessed pain, fear that we’ve mistaken for truth. But what if we could quiet that noise, even just a little?
In this closing session of the Summer Empowerment Series, Dr. Angelina Lipman will guide participants through key practices from her book Blocking the Noise, exploring how trauma impacts our inner lives and how we can begin to respond with compassion, insight, and strength.
You’ll learn how to:
Recognize the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt or survival mode
Begin to shift toward self-trust, calm, and clarity
Use writing, mindfulness, and self-reflection to access your inner voice
Create space for healing and wholeness within community
This session will include a mix of teaching, guided reflection, and experiential practice.
Each attendee will receive a free copy of Dr. Lipman’s book, Blocking the Noise.
Whether you’re in recovery, navigating your own trauma story, or simply looking to connect more deeply with yourself, this session is an invitation to return to what is true and quiet the noise that gets in the way.
